Through individual or small groups training, we will achieve the objectives you want to reach. You will train safely, taking care of your health and improving your performance month by month.
We plan sessions adapted to your individual needs, taking into account age, previous training level and personal health history.
Sessions will include aerobic training blocks, strength training, CORE stability, coordination and proprioceptive exercises, and the stretching needed to complete the activity in a healthy way.
